The Diaper Bank Orange Ulster Sullivan is incorporated in the State of New York and is designated by the I.R.S. a 501 c 3 non profit organization. The Diaper Bank was founded in 2024 by Hudson Valley residents who volunteered for many years with a diaper pantry dedicated to serving residents of the City of Newburgh. They realized the need extended well past the city limits and using their experience in fund raising, operations and government affairs committed to working to combat diaper need in the Hudson Valley. The Diaper Bank does not distribute diapers directly to families, but to community organizations that serve residents in need of food, clothing and shelter.

The Diaper Bank is a member of the National Diaper Bank Network which provides a very favorable purchasing program and supports the strength of diaper banks and pantries across the country. We are also active membes of the NYS Diaper Bank Coalition which represents over two dozen diaper banks across the Empire State.
